Simple Steps to Create A Link Map
Step 1. Fill a simple input form Click here to lauch the Input Form
Step 2. Click the "MapIt" link under the LinkMap shown (wait for ~ 3 seconds to refresh the LinkMap)
Step 3. Click the "add a node" link to add node to the LinkMap
Step 4. Click the "add a path" link to add path to the LinkMap
Step 5. Click the "LinkMap MapIt" link under the LinkMap shown after adding node or path. This will refresh the LinkMap after every update
step 6. Repeat the above steps when needed
Create A Link Map via Batch Input Mode
Step 1. choose a title
Step 2. choose or create a category if not exist
Step 3. choose or create a topic if not exist
Step 4. choose or create a rootnode, which is the map starting point.
Step 5. enter the node in single or batch input mode
step 6. create link or path between nodes in single or batch mode
To get started, here is a simple example you can follow and expand it gradually:
if you want to create a molecular map about biofuel, you could do the following:
1. Goto iPanel, enter the following:
CisLinked title: CisLinked for Biofuel
Category: Green Techonology
Topic: Biofuel
RootNode: Biofuel
Node Batch Input:
biofuel;
bioethanol;
biodiesel;
synbio;
Path Batch Input:
biofuel->bioethanol;
biofuel->biodiesel;
biofuel->synbio;
2. Edit the Nodes and Path and add info to them.

Flag for Link Map, Nodes and Pathways
flag is an important attribute for LinkMap, Node, and Pathways. It is used for grouping all related information together.
It is determined by the Link Map id, so no need to create it by user. However, it is very useful for information search,
it is easy, quick and accurate if you know the flag when doing search.
tag for Link Map, Nodes and Pathways
tag is an another important attribute for LinkMap, Node, and Pathways,
and is used for grouping or aggregate all related information together.
Unlike flag, it is determined by the user in the form of keywords. it is useful for information search.
Node Label
This is a short name or alias for a node, "aspirin" is a good node label for 2-acetoxybenzoic acid .
Node Name
This is the real or scentific name about the node, "2-acetoxybenzoic acid" is the node name, "aspirin" is the label.
Node Hlabel
This is the attribute for node drawing.
